Sloe Bloom Gin has just been released in time for these cold winter months, expanding the range that includes the Bloom London Dry Gin, Berkeley Square Gin, Opihr Gin and Greenall’s Dry Gin. Bloom Gin was launched back in 2011 by Greenall’s Master Distiller Joanne Moore, which also marked one of the first gins she created for the group. You can read the full review for Bloom Gin HERE.

Bloom Gin is made in a traditional copper pot still at G&J Distillers based in Warrington, Cheshire - a company that has been distilling spirits since 1761. Joanne’s latest creation is made using hand-picked sloe berries which are then macerated in Bloom Gin, producing a very rich ruby colour and full-bodied flavour.

Sloe Bloom Gin has a subtle aroma of almonds and kirsch, blended with the light floral aroma of BLOOM London Dry Gin.

Sloe Bloom Winter Garden

50ml Sloe Bloom Gin

20ml Triple Sec

20ml lime juice

40 ml cranberry juice

5ml grenadine

Orange twist

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, fine strain into a cocktail glass.
