You’ll be offered a G&T (or, if your tastebuds call for it a V&T) upon arrival at the Bimber Distillery bar, where you’ll hear all about the history of distilling in London and how that ties into the Bimber story. Once you’ve heard about the botanicals used you’ll be invited onto the distillery floor where you’ll get a glimpse at all of the equipments used.

After a tour of the stills you’ll head back to the bar for a tasting of their Barley, Oak Aged, Fruit Infused Vodka and - most importantly of all - their London Dry Gin.
