The Brindle Distillery tour, home of Cuckoo Gin, is a great chance to take a look at some real grain to glass action up in the Lancashire countryside. The guided tour will see you around the distillery’s production area and warehouses, and you’ll hear a detailed account of how the spirits are made, from growing the grain to producing the vodka and distilling the gin.
This is an impressive tour, as far as tours go. You’ll be escorted by a member of the founding family, you’ll hear about why they diversified into Gin and how they picked the botanicals involved. You’ll get a taste of the current range, THREE G&Ts, one cocktail and £5 off any bottle of Cuckoo Gin purchased onsite. Not bad, eh?
