A very knowledgable guide will lead you around the Chase Distillery. You’ll get a good clue as to what ‘single estate’ means, and you’ll come away with a great understanding of how gin is made and the sheer breadth of thought that goes into crafting a recipe. You’ll hear the family history behind the distillery and taste your way through the range.

There’s lots to see at Chase, and as the team go from field to glass, a lot of the process of making booze as a whole is on display. The range is now broad enough to make for a good tasting too, so there’s plenty to enjoy and delve into in the glass and given you are almost always going to want a bottle of one their spirits on offer - as £10 of each ticket is redeemable when spending £20 or more in the distillery shop - the whole thing comes in at quite a bargain…
