Half Hitch doesn’t do “a tour” as such (although you can book on to their gin making experience here in which you make a unique gin by bringing your own ingredients), but founder and distiller Mark Holdsworth does operate an open door policy, so if you happen to be in the Camden area you’re welcome to poke your head in and take a look at what’s going on!
A few thoughts from Gin Foundry:
Given it’s a single space under an archway, even if it were “a tour”, it would be more of a stand still and listen type affair, but Half Hitch’s petite size as a distillery belies the massive amount of cool things happening there. Under one roof, they show how both new and old techniques work together, as well can talk your through Camden’s centuries long love affair with Gin. It’s a small home, but a special one and worth visiting whenever you get a chance as no matter who you are and what your interest is, you’ll find you’ll learn more than a thing or two…
