Sacred Distillery has recently uprooted and with its new home - upstairs at The Star pub in Highgate - comes new visiting opportunities. You’ll be welcomed into the Sacred bar with a G&T as you meet some of the core team members. The still is a sight to behold and we can almost guarantee you’ve seen nothing like it before, as distiller and co-founder Ian Hart has rigged up one of the most complicated vacuum stills we’ve ever encountered.
You’ll learn about this new(ish) way of flavour extraction before embarking on a tutored tasting of the Sacred range and imbibing of a Sacred cocktail. Plus, you’ll also get 10% off at the Sacred shop.
